Pricing
$175 a month, everything included, the same price for everyone. Your first month is free, I move your data over myself, and you don't pay until you're running.
Your clinic shouldn't need a CRM, a calendar, a charting tool, a form tool, and a group chat to complete one visit. That patchwork never looks dramatic — it just quietly taxes every month in missed texts, unclosed consults, and forgotten rebooks. Dalphene replaces the stack with one system built only for med spas, by someone who came from clinical workflow systems in interventional medicine — not salon software with medical features added later.

The software isn't locked. If your clinic needs something it doesn't do yet, tell me and I'll add it. A few things I can do:
Here's exactly what happens, so none of this feels like a gamble.
I move your charts, forms, and photos over myself, each one matched to the right patient. You keep booking on your old system until you've seen it's all there, so there's no downtime, and you don't pay until it's done.
Built for HIPAA on Google Cloud, encrypted and access-logged. Before-and-after photos live in the chart as protected data, not on a staff phone. SOC 2 is in progress, and a person checks every automated action.
No yearly contract. Leave whenever you want and take every record with you in one click. I'll never delete your data or lock you out of it.
When you email, you reach me. I built this, I set you up, and I'm the one who answers when something breaks.
Before Dalphene, I spent years building clinical workflow software in interventional medicine, where a messy system isn't just annoying — it's unacceptable. That environment teaches you quickly: when the workflow is messy, people invent side systems, details get lost, and staff work around the software instead of through it.
When I looked at the tools med spas were given, too many felt built for salons first and medical workflows second. So I built Dalphene around the parts that actually matter in a med spa day: charting, injectables, good faith exams, consents, photos, the front desk, messaging, and follow-through.
The first month is free because I'd rather you see it working in your own clinic than take my word for it. I'll move your data over myself, and if there's something you need that the software doesn't do yet, I'll build it. One clear price, your data stays yours, and you don't pay until you're running.
You pay the phone company's rate, usually a cent or two per text. For most clinics that's a few dollars a month, and I don't add anything on top.
There isn't one. You get the full product, I set you up, and if it's not right for you, you walk away owing nothing.
Yes. It's month to month, no contract. If you leave, you export everything in one click and it's yours to keep.
Most clinics are up and running in a few days. I move your data myself, and you keep using your old system until the new one is ready.
No. If your front desk can use a calendar and send a text, they can use this. I set it up and walk your team through it.
That's White Glove. Email me and I'll put together pricing that fits how you're set up.
Payments run through Stripe, so money lands in your bank the way you're used to. No new hardware to buy.
Founding clinics get founder-led setup, priority requests, and direct access — I onboard each one myself.
