Before Dalphene, I spent years building clinical workflow software in interventional medicine, where a messy system isn't just annoying — it's unacceptable. That environment teaches you quickly: when the workflow is messy, people invent side systems, details get lost, and staff work around the software instead of through it.

When I looked at the tools med spas were given, too many felt built for salons first and medical workflows second. So I built Dalphene around the parts that actually matter in a med spa day: charting, injectables, good faith exams, consents, photos, the front desk, messaging, and follow-through.

The first month is free because I'd rather you see it working in your own clinic than take my word for it. I'll move your data over myself, and if there's something you need that the software doesn't do yet, I'll build it. One clear price, your data stays yours, and you don't pay until you're running.

Questions I get a lot.

How much does texting actually cost?

You pay the phone company's rate, usually a cent or two per text. For most clinics that's a few dollars a month, and I don't add anything on top.

What's the catch with a free month?

There isn't one. You get the full product, I set you up, and if it's not right for you, you walk away owing nothing.

Can I really leave whenever I want?

Yes. It's month to month, no contract. If you leave, you export everything in one click and it's yours to keep.

How long does it take to switch over?

Most clinics are up and running in a few days. I move your data myself, and you keep using your old system until the new one is ready.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

No. If your front desk can use a calendar and send a text, they can use this. I set it up and walk your team through it.

What if I have more than one location?

How do payments work?

Payments run through Stripe, so money lands in your bank the way you're used to. No new hardware to buy.
